These plants are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! For the price I didn't expect much. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw my beautiful healthy plants. I was afaid I made a mistake ordering in winter but they were well wrapped and in wonderful condition.

I ordered these a while back and, due to the cold weather, they arrived in poor condition and I was unable to salvage them. I emailed the company to let them know and a few days later, they responded to let me know they issued a new shipment which would go out in a few weeks. They even reached out on the day it was shipped.When the plants arrived the second time around, they were healthy and beautiful. The company also taped the openings of the plant box to protect them from the cold. Glad I didn't rush to judgement based on the initial shipment because, well, stuff happens....and look at how things turned around in the end :) I will be buying again in the future.

I was super dubious of buying plants online then I found out that they were shipping to Pennsylvania, all the way from California, in the dead of winter. But they arrived today and they’re great! They were wrapped in bags and paper to protect the plants and the box was fully taped closed at all seams - I assume toKeep the cold out. Very pleased! Great value for the product received!

Because these come through the mail, it is important to re-pot and WATER these plants to get them started right. I re-planted mine with some MiracleGro soil and 3 of the 4 are doing wonderfully. The 4th one looked a little sickly when it arrived and died withing a week, but the other 3 are sturdy and healthy. And the best part is you only need to give them a full watering once a week, making for perfect indoor house or office plants.

Do not order tropical plants in the middle of winter. They will arrive frozen and dead. Maybe not dead, but certainly n not healthy. Almost dead. So sad.

I am so impressed with the beautiful plants I received. They were as perfect as if I had purchased them at a nursery. The plants were packaged extremely well and arrived early.
