This is the second hot tub i have purchased made by Essential. The first was 15 years old when we sold our home and left it behind. Loved it! This one is even nicer! Easy to set up and use. Love it! Takes longer to heat up than my first as it was not a plug in. It was hard wired 220. Keep that in mind. Cheers!

This is our first spa. It was easy to set up and get started. It looks great and works well. The delivery was first rate, the delivery team brought it to our backyard and placed it on our patio, we filled it up with water and plugged it in to the existing outlet. Within 24 hours it was 100 degrees and good to go!

Item was delivered 10/26/2024. Worked great for about a week. Called the manufacturer (as instructed by the paperwork that was provided when delivered) and they tell me that it’s an Amazon product and the warranty will be through them. I call Amazon today (11/15/24) after noticing that Amazon has the item listed as being returned (I had not yet requested any return yet). The person in customer service says they can’t do anything until it’s been correctly updated in their system and to give it another 3 days. But in the mean time I have to send them my ID and they need 3 days to call me back. I’m very upset that if their system never updates they say there is nothing they can do and no one else that can help me. Over $4000 spent and I may not get my warranty! Don’t buy from Amazon. Get it directly from the manufacturer!!!!UPDATE (11/18/24): Got on the phone and called Amazon again this morning and the rep sent an email for me to request the item to be picked up and sent back (even though its still wrong in their system) Filled out the form, hit submit, didn't get a confirmation or anything. I guess now I'll just wait to hear from them. I am using this review as a timeline so I will keep it updated. The concern to me is, on the email for the return it says that depending on the condition of the item I may just get a partial refund. The reason I am returning it, is because it is delaminating and its getting worse by the day so I assume that wont affect my refund.Update: tub was picked up on the 21st and amazon has stated we will get a full refund. Still waiting on the money to show as refunded on my card though.

Received the hot tum within 10 days. After following instructions and setting up and fill with water everything “seemed†to be okay. Then day one starting receiving Error code “HHâ€. Even though we followed the directions for this code, it won’t go away. Also, we set the temp to 90 and once it reaches 90, it still continues to climb to 102 to 104.

The hot tub is great for the price so far… the delivery company is the worst!!! Highly recommend the seller choosing another shipping company. Will update review with time

My wife purchased this hot tub while we were waiting for our pool to be installed—the wait list was over 2 years due to COVID related supply chain issues. I was very skeptical about about this purchase; however, I could not be more impressed with the quality, and ease of installation. Cleaning and maintaining this unit is simple as well. I had planned on having an electrician come out to convert it over to 240v, but after 2 fulls seasons—I have decided it is not necessary. This purchase has far exceeded our expectations!
