I was on the hunt for a solution to getting all of my yoga accessories in my car without scattering things throughout the seats and trunk — this bag is an excellent solution.Based on the other comments, I would agree, improvements could a water bottle pocket and the somewhat uncontrollable shape/integrity of the bag once the mat is inside is a little frustrating at times. But for the sake of being able to store and transport my equipment with ease - this is a well made, cute, and functional choice!Highly recommend.

This bag keeps the rolled up yoga mat in the side pocket very securely. The main pocket is room for some extras. Nice looking bag! Got it in pink.

True to color! Super spacious! I don’t carry much with me other than my yoga mat, kindle and water bottle and everything fits in it and an extra pair of shoes. The fabric of the bag is really nice not nylon but close. I’m exciting to take it to the gym and yoga class.

I have my own blocks that I bring to yoga class. I wanted a bag so that I could carry my mat, blocks, bag, towels, and water bottle all in one instead of carrying a traditional zip up vertical yoga tote for my mat and towels and a separate small bag for my blocks. I saw this bag on Amazon and thought it would easily fit all of my gear.The only thing I really liked about this bag is the color. I bought the pink brown and it is indeed exactly that. I nice switch from the trendy blush or standard brown colors nowadays. However, I'm glad I took all of my yoga gear and did a test run with this bag. I have cork blocks (so they're heavy) but they're standard size. The 2 blocks take up almost the entire interior of the bag. I cannot even zip up the bag when my block are in there, let alone when I put my face towel and mat towel in as well. Furthermore, the exterior mat holder is supposed to be a convenient feature. Howevever my 72" OG Manduka mat is a tight fit. It's difficult to get the mat into that front compartment (you need two hands to do so; one to pull and the other to push it through). This would cause me great anxiety as at the end of class and after shavasana, I am usually in a rush to get out of there so need to pack up QUICKLY. Furthermore, you have to put the mat in first. This is problematic because once the mat is in the front holder, the bag tips over so trying to place my blocks in there adds another level of frustration. It's like I need an additional pair of hands just to pack this bag with my gear! And when everything is in there (and unzipped, cuz I can't zip up the bag), as soon as I pick it up the mat starts to fall to one side. The benefit of my current yoga bag is that my mat is fully enclosed so that when the bag is rolling around in the back of my car, it isn't getting dirty. With this bag, the mat is exposed on both ends. So will pick up dirt and dog hair as I travel to the studio.I'm glad I bought it so I can see that this type of bag is a bad design for my yoga gear. I'm returning it, evem though I do like the color. But life is too short to use a inadequate bag every time I go to Yoga.

I go to Hotworx and was nervous the heavy mat wasn’t going to fit but it fit perfectly with a little room still left. It’s super light weight, the material feels sturdy, and it’s not flimsy like other tote bags i’ve had. I also want to mention there are 4 pockets (not including the mat holder pocket) I typically carry my Hotworx mat, 2 towels, extra pair of socks, mat spray, my phone, keys, and my 64oz water. I am truly happy with this purchase!
