Our 18 month old granddaughter attempts to open every cabinet and drawer that she comes upon as she toddles around our house. This product works perfectly to prevent her from opening a couple of kitchen drawers that contain our sharp knives. They are very easy to install and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this product.

They're "easy" to get on and off, push up and slide over. I don't know that a smart child couldn't get into something with them, but we use them on our pet food containers and they work great for cats!

I got this to keep an appliance door closed enough so that the light would turn off. It was easy to install and looks pretty good, but the adhesion points have slowly moved so that the door opens slightly causing the light to turn on. It would probably works great on cabinet doors, but not heavier appliance doors.

Finally!!!!!!! I could not find a suitable solution for keeping the dogs out of the trash cans! I researched every extremely expensive supposed dog proof trash can I could find, just to see that a determined dog could still break in. I decided to try these before dropping a couple hundred dollars on a can to put trash in . They have been a God send! Super secure and easy to open and close. I usually just make sure they are secure before leaving home, because that is when my monsters decide that it’s a good time to strike :)… Anyhow, if you have this issue I highly recommend. I have one for the kitchen and both bathroom trash cans.

I have a three year old who can’t stop opening doors to what ever. I used this product to keep him from opening the stove and getting food from cabinet. I cleaned the surfaces well with alcohol, applied the tape, and now installed. He is frustrated for our deterrent. It’s a very good product for its intended use.

I use these latches to secure our fridge, freezer and mini fridge doors from popping open during travel time. These latches work great and keep our food items secure.

I was wanting a way to keep my shed door closed while I was inside, and this is perfect for that purpose! It saved me from having to drill and install an inside latch. It won't hold up if someone yanks it from the outside, but for keeping it closed against the wind, it's perfect!
