After reviewing many ice machines-i settled on this one. I have a small business- (bar and grill) this unit keeps up just fine. I love the fact that the ice size can be changed.Shipping was fantastic- arrived ahead of schedule.Instructions were simple enough.Definitely worth the $! As I said so far so good. If things change I will update my review!Buy it- you’ll be happy!

When we had an issue with the product, the customer service was excellent. They didn’t hesitate to make it right, and the process was easy and hassle free. Now the ice maker is working great, serving all the guests that come to our church.

Works fine. Dented in several spots but doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the product. Lots of ice. Very noisy when the ice hits the bottom! Perfect size for our venue space. Very easy to use. Love the timing aspect. Stays cold a long time.

Our engine ice maker broke about 4 months into use. The water pump had stopped working. I emailed customer service and we tried to figure out some solutions to avail. They offered to send me another top part of the ice maker for completely free. Great customer service.

Edit they finally made it right after about two weeks sent me a new top and we’re back in order!I bought this brand new in the beginning of August of this year not even 4 months later it’s throwing a e2 code! Won’t make ice or anything I’ve tried everything restarting it unplugging for 24 hours and plugging back in and it keeps throwing the same code! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK! Me and my fiancé own a nutrition shop and have had to close the last 2 days while we figure this out! Oh not to mention I’ve been calling/ emiling this company the last 2 days with no response! I’d give 0 stars if I could!

No issues. When it first arrived, I thought it was too small and would not keep up with our ice demands. It makes plenty of ice to supply a charter boat on daily operations and replenishes fast. Would recommend!

I'm retired now, but because of a unique lifetime of skill sets I have had to play in HVAC and automotive/heavy equipment A/C and refrigeration. This is one "SLICK" little refer/ice maker. I was so impressed with how well it works both in key points of speed, consistency of ice cubes to noise. All issues have passed my expectations. Total time to empty water and fill basket was about 35 minutes. Longevity run was a all day marathon full 24 hours refilling water every time it ran low and gave low water light. Filled 36"long X 24" X24" ice chest! Been couple weeks and used every day. No excessive noise, runs like a swiss watch so far. I baught the smallest unit you can buy, so if it keeps chugging along will buy a bigger one for sure. Good bones and workmanship!
