Setup was a little extensive but once I got the SIM card activated and made an account the service was great. We used this on a two week rip to Prague and had no complaints. This SIM card kept us in touch and gave us the ability to use public transportation with the phone app, as well as pay for parking when we had a rental car. It was worth every penny to stay connected and enjoy the convenience of technology. This card got me navigated from Prague, 5 days through Germa ny, and back to Prague safely.

I followed directions to the letter and when I got to Europe I could not get this connected. I reached out to customer service who could not resolve my problem. What I suspect is that Verizon blocks these ESIM cards. When you’re out of the country on vacation, nobody has the time to sit in a hotel room trying to resolve the issue or connect with your carrier. The eSIM card should have given me information that a carrier may block it prior to my leaving the US so I could have addressed it prior to travel. Highly disappointed.
