1.Be careful not to bundle and squeeze charging wires, prevent breakage, ensure smooth charging, prevent charging in dry places.
2.When charging, please keep the outlet in the bike. Do not pull it out halfway until it is full.

My only issue is the lights on it being kinda dim. I have to almost walk up to it to see if charging has completed in a well lit room. Outdoors I have to get up close and block the light around me.Otherwise solid charger.

I purchased this as an back-up charger for a Rad Power Bike. I did not try it until the "return window" passed, and, when it did not work, neither Amazon nor EVAPLUS would allow it to be returned or replaced.Amazon sent me to EVAPLUS and EVAPLUS never responded.This may be cheap, but if it doesn't work, it's still too expensive.

I have noticed a lot of people saying they burn out quickly, and I'm actually on my 3rd one so I get it. To solve this problem, I bought a cheap laptop cooling pad on Amazon for about $10 and I keep it on there while charging. It doesn't get nearly as hot and it's been running strong for 2 months. I bought another one just in case though. Hope this helps.

The charger appears to be of good quality and the description IS accurate (5.5mm OD, 2.1mm ID) but despite the description stating this works for the Gotrax GXL V2, it is not the correct size. Looking at the manufacturer specifications, the charge port on the scooter is 5.5mm OD and 2.5mm OD. This adapter won't quite fit not. Needed to return and buy from a different vendor.
