I really was excited about getting my new ladder. Alas, it was damaged, and possibly unusable now.Its a big heavy item, so not sure I can even manage a return.Not sure what to do...update, seller rectified the situation.the ladder is quite uniqueit shines at high offsets, 45/90 degree setups, getting up and over structures.it pretty much needs to be all the way out to be safe in standard step ladder setup.its a finger pincher, but learn it, check all is locked, all is well. 200 lb max
