This shoulder rest is nice and sturdy and has wide rubber gripping claws that do not slip off my violin.The design is somewhat adjustable and worked out well for my shoulder and neck.

This came quickly and safely. The shoulder rest is very sturdy and comfortable. I love how you can fold it down so that it is more portable and that there are 6 different way to adjust it for if you have a smaller violin.

Pros: very strong, clamps rather firm on instrument. Folding feet help with storage in instrument case.Con: Adjustment somewhat limited; cannot set really close to instrument body or range of angle.

Easy to adjust; however it would have been better if both ends cold fold in. That way I could store it with my violin in its case. But still, it's very easy to use, and works well. No real complaints. It makes my life easier while playing my instrument.

I'm a professional violinist, and have tried every shoulder rest out there, including the most expensive. I have a longish neck and narrow shoulders, and don't feel as secure or comfortable with the other shoulder rests. Unfortunately, that description makes me sound like a wading bird ...The leg extensions for this are very helpful.

Practically indistinguishable from the standard Everest, the legs on this version fold neatly in to fit alongside neck and pegbox in most violin cases. Comfortable for long performances, occasionally slips off if not fitted straight.
