The container works great! It’s very convenient to be able to hold the sous vid bags at different levels under the water and not worry about the food getting ruined overnight.The lid they sent didn’t fit my sous vide because mine is very big. They had the sticker offering a new lid for free just like in the picture someone else posted. I emailed them, they got back to me right away and shipped me a new lid through Amazon that fits my sous vide perfectly, just like they said they would. So that was great, the product works amazing and it helps a lot to keep the water from evaporating. The whole thing is very convenient and easy. One of the main reasons I ordered it is because I saw they would send a new lid if needed and I didn’t know if my sous vide would fit any standard lids, and they came through exactly like they said they would.They container is pretty big too. Holds more than I would need and I can fill it high to make sure it won’t evaporate too much water overnight. But again, with the lid, evaporation isn’t really a problem anyways. Especially with the two levels of grate selection this container has.

Other than the cooker is exactly what I needed, the horizontal weight is ideal, with 4 settings, to hold large pieces of meat down in the water bath. The lid on my cooker was the wrong size for my Sous Vide machine, needed a 60mm, and it was sent free, and within 4-5 days after my email. How wonderful is that. Highly recommend, love the cooker , weight, and lid. Thank you soooooo much.

It’s a great sturdy container with a nice lid, but at least with the nano the lip is too big for the nano to fit over even loosened all the way. To get on requires some bending.

This product changed meat cooking for me forever. I have used so far to cook salmon, beef brisket, and ribeye steaks.Once you figure how to operate the app, you will be on your way to amazing culinary adventures. The lid is flimsy, but provides a good temperature control and effectively prevents water evaporation. The base is durable. With the built in racks, there is no need to weigh in the packages.Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Container and Rack are good. The lid is too small for my Sous Vide cooker. Paperwork included said to email them and they will send the correct lid if it does not fit the cooker you have. I am waiting to see if they respond. If they do, then I'll update the review to 5 stars. As is 3. Let's face it the lid is the main reason you buy one of these. Otherwise, a pot works just as good.UPDATE:They did send out a new lid and it fits perfect! 5 stars now!Thanks

It works great with the cooker. Just not as big as I thought it would be. I will most likely order a much bigger container also. Need for bigger size meats. Does great with pork tenderloin, whole loins, just have to cut bigger size meats in half to work in Water bath.

I bought a Sous Vide and didnt have anything good to hold it in. This works PERFECT! Teh Sous Vide is amazing... and this is a perfect holder.

Fits my instantpot sous vide with some finess. Nice size. Have not used the racks yet but they fit in the container well.

Have yet to take it for a test cook but I'm not worried about the material. It was the fit and size I was worried about. 5 stars for both. They are even aware of shipping problems and preemptively include an email address to contact with quality assurance promises should something be awry.Very satisfied.
