After a small fiasco when the department store i had ordered a very expensive M.O.T.B dress sent the WRONG SIZE and had no more in my size, I panicked! I was left thinking only 3 weeks to the wedding Amazon was my only hope. I didn't have much faith so I ordered 6 dresses in different sizes--just in case. One had to fit and not look cheap. I crossed my fingers and Amazon CAME THRU! I ordered 3 of these dresses: two in black/gold in two different sizes and this gem in gold. I have to say THESE DRESSES ARE STUNNING!!!!I'm sad to have to return this gold dress (not because it wasn't beautiful and didn't fit but because it's too close to the wedding parties dresses) but the black and gold? OMG...breathtaking! I felel and look like a princess! And I didn't even open the other dresses--I found my PERFECT dress at a fraction of the original mis-sizes dress I had order i had bought.For the record, I am 5'11" and between a 16-18. I was able to comfortably fit into an XL. Perfect coverage for my upper arms and because it's a semi formal evening wedding at a museum, this color us perfect!It's high quality, doesn't require any altering. Secretly, I wish I had somewhere to wear the gold dress because I'd keep it if I could justify wearing it again! (Would cleaning the house in this gown be over the top? 😂)It's absolutely worth e ery penny. Made extremely well, not too low cut and it's appropriately long enough.I am so happy and a bit sad to have to send back the other dresses but thanks to Amazon for again SAVING THE DAY!!!!

I am 5’7â€, bought size 12 to accommodate a bust size, could easily do sz10 because the bust has a lot of room with this open design (a cut is very low, like on the picture) . The waist line on me was about 1 inch higher than my natural waist. The fabric is nicely decorated, beads are not fallen off easily, however it is tule (you know it is inexpensive). I used the dress for a costume in a murder mystery dinner for Griselda, a step sister of Cinderella 😀 with long gloves of the same color, jewelry, and a petticoat. With some heel, the dress was above the floor on me, I didn’t have to make it shorter. The delivery was in time.

Size was right, and it is very pretty. It made me look like I had a waist even! I bought this for a mother of the bride dress. Unfortunately it is just too low cut. I didn't realize how low it was. It came stuffed into a tiny padded envelope. I was afriad to cut open the package. After I tried it on I noticed there where some sequins scatered around on the floor. I will be returning because it is too low cut for me. Otherwise I might have kept it.

I always read reviews, and this dress had great reviews with a few negative comments about the fabric. I took the chance and ordered as the dress was pretty, and it arrived packaged professionally and the fabric is good quality and well made. Only comment is the dress is long, so I plan to hem it as I am 4’5†172#, as for the sizing, for me it was spot on, as if it was made just for me and I am a 40 DD. Well worth the money as it is elegant!

Dress was beautiful and good to better quality than expected with a few caveats: the bodice and ribcage area was a bit tight and I guess my chest to shoulder length is shorter than the dress, because the shoulders and sleeves kept slipping down while the ribcage was firm and stayed in place. I also have a smaller chest (32B/C) so this created a gap between my boobs and dress and though I didn't think there would be any nip slips, I was concerned with them being visible due to the v-neck being lower than expected. Lastly, the mesh layer was super long and would require a hem for me at 5'1" ordering a size small.

I ordered a size 14. This dress is beautiful but was a little tight on me around the waist but it still works for me with some tight under garments. If you know what I mean. So I'm trying to lose some weight so it fits better for my daughters wedding in October. It has blue netting sleeves and over the skirt part which is not seen very well in the picture and it has sequins on top and bottom of dress. It would look beautiful on any one with a dressy occasion.

Gorgeous dress!!! The only thing I found fault was, just because someone is a plus size does not mean they are large chested. I have to take up the shoulders and pinch closed the front a bit. Just be aware of this, otherwise I loved the dress and received a lot of compliments on it.
