Sometimes (I.e., most times) you get what you pay for. Although these non-stick pans were a bit more expensive than other options, they did the job and more.First of all, I love that you have 2 options for 6 or 12 popovers. Plus, they worked like a charm for easy removal of popovers and even easier clean up in the dishwasher. A win all the way around.Finally, the company did a beautiful job of following up to make sure I was happy. Icing on the cake when a company cares enough to reach out.

The size of the individual cups is just perfect for serving with a meal. The non-stick surface allowed the pop overs to slide out without tearing or sticking. The material is heavy enough that bending while washing won't be an issue.

My personal preference would be a popover pan that had a platform/lip to catch batter overflow, but I know that's not typical for popovers. I just use a cookie sheet under it to catch those spills so I don't end up with burnt batter on the bottom of the oven. Otherwise, I'm really happy with it! The popovers are a good size for each person to have a fairly large one - we sometimes open them and fill them like sandwiches!
