Before I discovered these bags we used the type of netting that you draped over a whole row of plants then U-hooked into the ground. We were constantly getting holes that let birds into the blueberries and also had unfortunate incidents that birds would get trapped. Picking was a real pain because it was hard to get in and out.These bags are so much better! They only take a minute to put in place and the drawstring at the bottom keeps birds out. It’s easy to loosen the bags for picking. The bags are a good quality also and will last for more than one season.Great find.

Great product! The only flaw would be the string pull. First you should knot the sting ends or wire tape the ends (they are freyed) and since the mesh is thick frost mesh, closing the bag sometimes just needs to be done slow.These issues are in consequential, the product is amazing. I can put the bag down on its bottom and put a potted plant or two or three inside and close the top! Every plant inside never had freeze damage or wind freeze damage! Also putting the bag over a bush unless a soft wooded one, can be a bit tricky, however… the mesh is very strong and after I got these bags on, they were awesome!! I will be buying more of these when needed. Great product!

Excellent product! Easy to put over my blueberry bushes (for now at least!) and kept the birds away. I actually got to pick and eat about 5x the berries that I have in the past. Still only a handful, but MANY more than the last two seasons that I've had the plants.The size was a bit excessive for the size of the bushes this year, but I will reuse them, and they are large enough to work for at least a couple more years. It was easy to get the netting over the plants and then secure them at the base with the cinch/toggle closure.I'm very pleased with this purchase.

These do keep the birds out. However, the draw strings are very cheap (already 2 have broken). It's also annoying to have to take these off each time you want to harvest. It ends up hurting the plant, knocking off berries, etc. The top is also very heavy for my blueberry bushes and squishes them down, which is damaging.I wouldn't buy again due to the damage they cause to plants and the need to have to remove the entire cover to harvest.

I had to cover my tomato plants because something was eating the tomatoes while they were still small and green. Hoping to see some tomatoes soon!

The netting was purchased to keep pests off my small citrus trees. They do a good job.The price was right for my budget.

I had a problem with squirrels eating my ripe hanging strawberries. Since I wasn't growing strawberries for the animals, something needed to be done to protect the plants. These bags were the answer. I have since been able to enjoy the strawberries myself. I also used the bags to protect the tomato plants.For anyone having problems with birds or other animals trying to take advantage of your fresh garden supplies, these bags are definitely worth buying.

Two things:First, this a high quality product. A feature that I really got to appreciate but somehow is not listed on the product page is the side zipper. It makes placing the bag over the plants so much easier.Second, I received the wrong size, but the seller was responsive and made it up to me. Mistakes happen. It's what you do after that matters, and they did well.I recommend this product.

This size is best for 3 or 4 year old blueberry bushes as the weight, especially when wet, is too much for younger plants.
