It looks just like in the photos. It was a snap to assemble without tools (basically, you attach the legs simply screwing them into pre-drilled holes.

My husband suffers from swollen legs and feet and I needed something for him to rest his legs on to help alleviate the swelling. I use a pillow for comfort, but it is exactly what I was looking for - shape (oblong) and color (navy). The height is perfect also.
