I love it! The mat is pretty thick and comfortable for any type of exercise. I love the amount of useful stuff that came with it as well!

The yoga mat shreds after awhile. I had to buy a new mat because that one was getting toasted after some use. I would not recommend exercising on this one. It’s good for light yoga/exercise. It isn’t very thick at all.
