This is difficult to get on the first time (I have an HK army 68/4800), I heard people use soapy water to help it slide but I managed to get it on without any. Had to turn it inside out.That being said, its extremely sturdy, and if you position it correctly you can still see the hydro date so you don't need to take it off to get it filled.

Fits great on a standard shaped 68ci pb tank. Just flip it inside out then roll it over the tank.

Nice tight fit, grips really well (that's what she said). As other have said, it is difficult to get on the bottle initially, but it provides great coverage for my 68/4500 Empire. The color is pretty tight as well, compliments the colors of my setup nicely.
