Awesome Tool for pattern tracing. Its small diameter wheel easily follows tight curves as well as straight lines. The seep indentations are easy to follow with a small chisel or knife.

Product is of high quality but wheel shifts side to side a bit too much. I fixed this by a few light knocks of hammer on the wheel axes then a drop of oil.

I used this tool to aid me in transferring a pattern to a pumpkin for carving. The tool worked great and was actually a big improvement over what I had previously been using.

If you are an art student and do any projects where you have to cut difficult corners, this pounce wheel will really be beneficial to you. It maps the cut so thereafter, you can pretty much just follow the pattern it lays. It's small so it manuevers easier and is much easier to control. Much better than other fabric wheels out there.

Very good production quality.ps. I bought it for tracing patterns on a paper for wood engraving. If your purpose is same, then take care that wheel is too thick for this job.

Awesome quality and perfect Marks everytime. I have tried a couple different kinds of these and have not been satisfied with any of them. Theveryone only reason I bought other ones to begin with was because I did not want to buy the package with all three sizes when I only needed this one, and had never seen them for sale individually until now. I wish I had of found it sooner because I would have saved a lot of money. Excel has the best quality craft tools available, never think twice when purchasing excel products, I know they are going to be made well and will last forever.

Works fairly well; however, there is excessive clearance between the wheel and the fork which holds the wheel axle. This results in the wheel wobbling slightly, making it difficult to maintain a straight line.
