Excellent quality hair dryer. I prefer the Eco version because it is much cheaper than the version with the built-in heater. This is a direct fit replacement for the hand dryer at most in my facilities and I like the fact that I can swap out the internals without having to change the back plate

The manual instruction was not user friendly and I Could not install it myself. I had to pay an electrician to do it. Then we found out that the unit was not blowing heat but just cold. In the manual it says it does blow heat too and when I called the consumer service they said no. It's also extremely loud.
