This works perfectly in our deep fryer, in fact, it is better than the original item.It is a perfect barrier to stop items from falling and sinking into the bottom of the fryer.I've actually just bought a new one while I can as a backup.

We needed to replace the screen in our commercial fryer, and this was the perfect size. One less star because the holes in the screen are rather large allowing smaller debris to fall through. Also the description under “About this item†says made out of stainless steel and it’s not, but for $10 we’re not gonna complain
