Flimsy and poorly proportioned; in the process of returning it now. I am 5'10", so average height and I don't have freakishly long legs or anything. Even with the seat at the highest adjustment possible, my knees are practically hitting my stomach/chest. When the pedal is at the lowest position, my knee is still mostly bent. After a few kilometers (not miles, because the readout doesn't have miles), my legs start to cramp like crazy because of how compacted I am while riding. If you try to put your hands on the handlebars, you are even more compacted and uncomfortable. The bike itself is also pretty flimsy. It's advertised for up to 300lbs (or 330 according to one of the pictures on the Amazon posting). I'm 240 and I can't imagine another 60 pounds still being supported by this thing. Also, as a few other reviewers have pointed out, the seat slides back constantly. I summoned the might of Hercules when tightening that seat, and still any time I adjusted my position or got of the bike, the seat would slide back to the farthest position. Several of the other nuts/bolts don't seem to tighten right either; while riding there was a constant squeaking sound, no matter how much I tightened or loosened everything. Spend your money on a better bike.

This exercise bike is perfect. My husband loves it. It was easy to put together and works great. There is a slight odor when you pedal fast other than that we are happy with the purchase!

No place in the product description does it specify that the display only reads in kilometers and cannot be changed to miles.If I would have known this I would've purchased a different product. The bike is good for the price.
