I think my adjuster knob is broken because the tension doesn't increase, but I still love it. If you force your abs to do all the work (and not your legs and arms), it really does work your abs!

Purchased this, and it looked like it would be such a fun experience. First time using it, started making a loud crunching noise.There is no free return, they do not work with a specific carrier so now it's a hassle to return it. Not worth the time or hassle find another product
