These fit perfectly in my stock 2005 GMC Sierra 5.3L. I wrapped them with fiberglass and sprayed them down with high temp silicone. I ordered short 45 degree spark plugs and barely got the spark plugs in but I think that was the fiberglass boots I added along with all of the wrap that made it difficult. I welded and and removed several broken manifold bolts and installed stainless studs. The temps are way down, the bolts are fixed and I'm sure there's a small power gain.

Installation was on a 2013 tahoe 2wd. Zero fitment issues, used 45º plug wires. All gaskets sealed and everything lined up.

Will not fit with stock plug wires! They leak around the welds! Don't waist your time. Buy good headers and do the job once! Also the hard ware is weak and will not work.

Just installed last weekend, for perfectly to oem exhaust. Still running stock cat back but notice a deeper tone, an Deff a power increase. Like the thicker flange hopefully they hold up.
