Very comfortable and protect my knees without being over padded. I plan to add grip to the inside of them so I can use them for pole dancing. Love these!

Only sent the black pair and not the brown . Also the pads are bulky and big it didn’t look that way in the photos that they are using. I wouldn’t have ever purchased these if I would’ve known that I would only receive one pair. Very upset !

Fits good, however i used these one time and the pad is completely gone. The padding is very thin and wheres down extremely fast “ within 45 minutes of dancingâ€

Very good cushion for the knee ,protecting on the area of the knee plus steady stay snug in place .Sizes s/m fit good in place.
