The Amazon description didn't state that the blank was quartersawn, but the picture was, so I was hopeful. Sure enough, it was! The ends were coated with a clear sealer and there were sticker marks. This tells me the supplier knows and cares about how to store tonewood. properly The blank was 3" wide as promised, but 1-1/16" thick and 31" long. I'll definitely shop Exotic Wood Zone again.

It arrived straight , not split or splintered . I’ve ordered twice for 2 different projects and both arrived in the same perfect condition.I did not check with a moisture meter but it feels properly cured.I’ll reorder for my next project.
