I use serrated knives on the underside and straight blades on the right side. This makes them last longer. I like that they are flexible and I can move chopped food right to where I want it to go and pour it in without losing food off the side. The color coding is nice, too, but I'm not that picky about using the veggie mat for only veggies.After they are worn out, they can be repurposed for arts/crafts as mats or cut up into patterns for quilting, etc.

This is our second set of these mats. They are easy to store out of the way, being so thin yet very tough and durable. Stands up to sharp knife meat cutting and chopping for several years. We are only replacing them because my wife doesn't like the scratch marks. They never cut through the plastic, just scratched it some after 3 years. Easily washable as well. Stays in place on the counter while using due to the rubbery surface on the bottom. I would say we'll worth the costs. Bright colors easily identifys product for segregating foods to be cut on them; if that's important to you.

These cutting boards are amazing quality. They are actually thick as stated in the description. My old ones had holes in them from all the cuts and i had to throw them away and buy new ones. These are great! So happy with my purchase!

Love the fact they are color coded and it's nice to have so many boards. They are thinner than I expected and bend easily in the dishwasher which isn't ideal. Very floppy, not sturdy. But I'll use them and their thin quality does allow for easy storage.

Thicker than others I've tried but still flexible. Good non slip backing and very smooth cutting surface.Perfect size and a very good value.

They have nice colors but the thickness isn’t great because after the first use with cutting on them, my knife cut a slit right in it. I’ve never had that happen with a cutting mat. I guess I need duller knifes. They washed well in the dishwasher, didn’t lose their shape.

these cutting boards come in cool bright colors and what i love about them is that the boards show you what to cut on them ex. the red board is for beef, the orange is cutting up chicken ect. its easy to clean and dry. only thing is i wish they were a little thicker my first few times using them the boards slid a bit on my counter top but other than that i think they are cool starter set.

Good price for multiple cutting boards. They will eventually leave cut marks. They are a great size for any task. Easy to clean, I put in the dishwasher and thy haven't warped.

Inte använt dem än, men är nöjd för att jag hittat ett set med bilder på alla matvaruslagen jag önskade att skärbrädorna skulle ha… och det UTAN att ruinera mig.Visserligen har jag klarat mig utan matförgiftning i 60+ år, trots att jag använt vanliga trä- eller tjockare plastskärbrädor som jag skurit allt möjligt på, men då de yngre generationerna ville att jag skulle var mer försiktig, så var det väl dags att börja använda såna här! Klokt! 😂
