Worked well, long enough to reach 2-3 feet of our colonial without a ladder, enough to prevent ice dam. Easy assembly took about 5 minutes with crescent wrench and screwdriver.

It stood up to over 1.5 hours raking, with plenty of high intensity, including pulling up to roughly 5-8 pounds of condensed snow in 1 swipe, and breaking up some ice dams by "lifting and dropping " the blade. It's a 1968 flat roof mobile, 11 feet off the ground. I could pull snow as far as 5-6 feet (14' wide roof). Mustard color home is neighbor which is easier to see 8-9" snow as I'm taking photos from my elevated deck. My roof had about 6-7" snow but looks like 2-3" from the ground angle, but photos where it's gone was due to the rake performing well.

This is a handy tool to have if you get a load of free snow. If you have a load of snow that is wet with a crust you’re better off off with a shovel and rake as this will not cut thru it. I do suggest spraying the blade wit WD-40 so the snow slides off vs. sticking to the blade. We found that a jerking motion worked best. If you have all four poles attached and your older or out of shape you will get a slight workout. Overall the concept is good but again it needs stronger support arms. The two support arms weak at best and need to be stronger to support the impact when letting the tool drop onto the snow and pulling.Had to add that I sent the company an email and their sending out replacement parts. So because of this I shall up it from 3 to 4 stars. The company sent me two handle connector rods vs. the support arms. I notified the company and they sent me a new complete rake. Their customer service is well above what one would have expected.

I bought this to replace my previous roof shovel that broke (different brand). I knew I wanted something lighter and easier to maneuver. This shovel is made of aluminum. It was quick and easy to assemble. Easy to lift up and get on the roof. And the wheels on the bottom of the blade made it easy to move up and down the roof.I saw reviews stating the blade supports are weak and bend. I didn't experience this. Also, some said that it didn't work well on icy packed snow. Well, nothing works great with that kind of snow. I just get the snow off the roof when it's fresh and still light.

Would not recommend. Great idea in theory but the quality and strength of materials didn’t last an hour into the job. The arm braces bent easily causing the front shovel to bend inward, making it useless. The wheel fell off roughly 30 minutes into the job.

Assemble needs help. The three bolts are phillips head with nut. The problem with middle one is there isn't a straight line of sight to the head with a driver so its cock-eyed when tightening the nut. should get hex head bolts. phillips head also strip easily.So then got the unit outside and put two 5-ft poles together and lifted it up to the snow-covered roof. . All I could think was this handle is a noodle as there is so much slop. can't imagine putting 4 poles together! would be horrid. This company and others could learn from SNOW JOE as their poles are also light weight but machined very well, no slop in the connections. The pole with this company is like two tent poles slid together.Used the scoop to clear as much as I could with 10 ft noodle handle. so sad the product quality these days.

I love how light it is and It reaches all the way to the top of my roof. My one small complaint is when your roof raking with the sun behind you it blinds you with it's reflection. Other than that it's perfect, I got my roof raking done in record time :)

Used this to scrape off an awning for a local store and it worked like a dream. I highly recommend if you're going to use this in a public setting, make sure there's nobody underneath where the snow's gonna fall. *jokes*

This product was easy to assemble and appeared to be fairly strong. After the second use we noticed one of the wheels missing. We will never find the missing wheel as our roof is very large and steep and we have a ton of snow on the ground. Disappointed the product failed so quickly. Not very durable.

Produit robuste et durable 99.9% en aluminium donc pas de craintes de cassures et sera non affecté par les uv donc ok pour laisser dehors. Petites roues de la pelle très utiles. Nécessite légère lubrification aux embouts .
