The fit is a bit offset from the size. Medium is too tight, large a bit loose in the wrong areas like around the padded waste area

Upon trying these pads on, my son hated the fit. The pads are outrageously bulky and he’s not a thin young man. The first time he wore them, the material was so cheap and thin, they tore and the padding is now visible. I wouldn’t recommend this item. Keep looking! Do not purchase this item! Now I’m on here looking for yet another pair ðŸ˜
