I've purchased a lot of mops, every conceivable brand around. While browsing Amazon, this came up on my feed. At first I thought it was too pricey, but considering you get replacement heads, it offset the initial cost. I didn't give it much more thought when I received it. The mop worked well, it cleaned well and wrung out quite dry after use. This week as I was using one of my other mops and was wringing it out, the inevitable happened. The mop handle rusted through and that mop joined the garbage as so many others before it. So I switched to the eyliden mop and as I was wringing it out, it occurred to me that the handle on this mop felt different.. It was so much more solid than other mops I've owned. The metal wasn't cheap and flimsy but durable and strong. I am very impressed with its quality.

In the past, I have been pleased with this mop and reusable mop heads. I most recently purchased this product over a month ago, but did not open/use it until today as I’ve successfully in the past. The first head (threads) broke within a couple of minutes. I replaced it with the second head, and it started coming apart almost immediately. I was not able to complete even one room. Unfortunately the return/refund date has already passed. If you buy this mop, plan to use it quickly in case you get a bad batch of heads like I did. Lesson learned.*** am updating my rating to 5 stars because Eyliden US reached out to me over my most recent experience and review. They offered an apology and full refund. While I am unhappy my product broke, I am pleased by my customer service experience. Since I’ve enjoyed this product in the past, I will use it again.

The head is easy to wring out and if you store it in the beginning of the wringing out process, leaving the fibers loose but locked in the stretched out position, then it dries pretty quickly. There is a scrubber head on the crown that is useful but I had an issue with the strands disconnecting from the head and had to resew them on. Still using the same head several months after purchase and otherwise it's holding up well.

Took a minute or 2 to assemble but it’s one of the best mops!! Really picks up the dirt when I use bleach and I love that you can wring it as little or as much as you want 10/10

Dear buyers please save your money. This product is an absolute junk. I purchased this mop over a year ago and used it a day before. I wish I could return it smh. Man what should I tell I got nothing to say. The bottom part keep coming out of the bottom. You have to attach it thousands time while cleaning the floor. When you twist it the water will hardly come out of the mop head. This product doesn’t even deserve any star.

For just standard household cleaning it's a really great mop. The pole is sturdy enough for a somewhat forceful cleaning of your floors. The reason I gave it three stars is that the first mophead separated from the handle that twists around the pole to wring the mop out. The first few times it separated it was easy enough to put back together, though messy when your in the middle of cleaning.

this little mop works great and holds up, I have purchased this mop several times in the past ( years ago) and they are still going strong, I bought more as Im using them in different areas..easy to use and I thought the ratchet action that wrings them out wouldnt last long..I was wrong, I have twisted the mechanism quite tight and it hasnt broken yet...cleaning is easy just hold under a tub spout or sink and after a few squeezings they are pretty much clean...I washed an entire 2nd floor hard wood floor using a bucket and this mop does well and doesnt leave any streaking...I bought extra mop heads but havent needed them yet, i guess it depends on how dirty the floor is and with what...dont hesitate to buy one...and as final disclaimer..I do not represent the company or get any free merchandise in exchange for a good review.....
