I purchased this item for myself last year since the more traditional padded life vests had proved cumbersome to use in my kayak. This vest is easy to configure and wear, comfortable, and is not nearly as hot to wear as a more traditional vest. While she is very petite compared to me, my wife was interested in swapping her traditional vest since hers tended to ride up while rowing and because the traditional vest was very warm to wear on hot days. We couldn't be more delighted and these vest are very cost competitive with other offerings. Highly recommended.

I wore this all day kayaking and fishing. It was so comfortable I forgot I was even wearing it. I have never had to inflate it and I will admit I am a bit apprehensive about how it will go if I do have to inflate it as the instructions only say to pull the cord. I hope I am strong enough to pull it as it doesn’t say how hard to pull the cord. The cord is at to bottom of the life jacket and I have wondered if my arms are long enough to pull it fully. I. May be overthinking all this but I would feel more comfortable if the information included some more details. I would recommend this life jacket and I would consider it again.

I use this for being on the water on my standup paddle board and it is there for emergency use only. I had originally purchased full lifejackets for my wife and myself, but they’re very bulky and make the water experience less enjoyable. We are both comfortable in the water, but you never know when you might need the extra assistance, so this is a great option! Great quality and if ever deployed, it can be re-used, by deflating and attaching a new CO2 canister. I am a bigger guy and feel 100% confident that, if needed, this would be able to keep me afloat until assistance arrives or I can get back to safety. It is simple to put on and secure and can be used for any water sports, like paddle boarding, kayaking, rafting, etc. It’s so slim and unobstructing that you don’t know it’s there, but have peace of mind. The Functions are simple - secure it like any other life vest and if you need it, pull a cord and it inflates - similar to an airbag in your vehicle! There are many colors, so if you’re wanting to coordinate with your water apparel or device, you have options for how it looks! LOL

I am very happy with this life vest. It is so much more comfortable than the normal bulky life jackets (and not hot like they tend to be.)

Exactly what I was looking for ! Just pulled it out of the box and tried it on. Fits perfectly ! Lightweight, and it doesn't get in the way of my arms. My current life vest is heavy foam - when I sit in my kayak, it pushes up off my shoulders and hinders arm movement while paddling. It bugs the stool out of me. I knew I wanted a vest like this, but they were expensive. This one is the right price, right color (I love camo) and the fit and finish are awesome ! You won't regret it if you upgrade to this one !
