Used this for my Turnpike transponder from IL. the unit fit like a glove, it is nice and compact, doesn't impede my view from inside has a great flag you can see from the outside. This came with small velcro to help stick the transponder unit to the holder, yet will come apart easily. At first I just stuck it on the windshield and it didn't stick well, then remembered to slightly wet the inside of the suction cup and it really stuck well. To remove you just start to peel up one side of the suction cut and it comes right off.
