Product and Customer Support are top notch. Had a big name brand shelf/rod combo come crashing down off my bedroom wall (wasn't aware that it held 5X LESS than a similar EZShelf product). Ordered a new EZShelf product but was delivered the wrong item so I immediately reordered the correct item again. I made a complaint on EZShelf website and the following day I received a call from Josh who I believe may be an owner. He was very apologetic and handled the complaint with true professionalism. He pulled up my new order that was actually through a third party and was able to expedite it to me in a timely manner.The EZShelf unit is so superior to the old unit I had, as I mentioned earlier, it has a 5X more weight capacity than the big name brand. Easy to put up thanks to the level and templates included with the product. My daughter and son n law recently purchased a new home and plan on installing some of these units at their house in the near future.

My son said it was easy to install. He used their instructions and video. They included the level. It is very strong for being lightweight. I am using this in my mudroom closet and needed the flexibility on the width because it was not a standard size. This product is perfect for adjusting sizes. My organization bins fit perfectly on the shelf portion. Absolutely worth the price.

This is a fantastic company. Needed an extra part and they shipped it out immediately. Their instructions are fabulous and make putting it together a breeze. The video is a must to get everything level and put up right. We are a product of the flooding and this is the best company I’ve dealt with throughout the experience. Thank you Josh for everything!

It’s an elegantly designed product. It’s simple construction is impressive as it’s essentially several tubes and brackets.However the assembly instructions are insane - complicated, unclear, long. I read them over a few times and figured out the best install method on my own. That company really needs to invest in a technical writer and those instructions need to be improved. Until they do, here are some observations and tips -1) Soap doesn’t work as well as vegetable oil to mate the tubes with the end brackets. You will need plenty of power to muscle them in regardless as the interference fit is tight.2) The caps at either end of the tubes may come off on you during assembly. Don’t worry, they go back in relatively easily but it’s a sign of poor quality3) The drywall anchors are nice and strong. However the terrible instructions should warn you that you’ll hear a pop when fastening the screws. Don’t stop when you hear the pop, keep tightening until you feel the screws tightening. They will shortly after the pop.4) There is a fair amount of height from the hanging rod to the shelf area, about 4.5 inches to be exact. Be sure to take that into account when installing 2 racks like I did. I quickly realized I’d be bumping into my ceiling light fixture. I’ll be replacing it with a low profile LED unit soon so no real problem for me but beware. Attached is my work-in-process photo while I wait for the light.Once you get past the installation, you’ll like them. Hang in there!

I do feel this product is a little expensive but it was exactly what I was looking for and I was able to install it by myself. Plan on ordering another one.

Very sturdy. I needed some help installing it and it took the 2 of us one hour to put up. It was easy but took time to measure out exactly where to hang the brackets. I would order it again.

The EZ Shelf does not disappoint. We needed to add a row of closet shelving and after much research decided on the EZ Shelf. Between the online instruction videos, wonderful customer service, and quick install, this shelving unit is a no brainer. The expandability of the shelf is great and much sturdier (at least from our initial take) than wire shelving. Overall good product fit, and have even ordered another to fit our other closest!
