I coach boys Lacrosse at a large high school nearby, and while it is easy to hop in the truck and go over to the lacrosse field, sometimes it is so much nicer to just pull out a net and practice at home or take it thru the gate to the park next door. My son is on the varsity team and still has 3 years left of HS play and desires to go to a D1 college Lax team even though we have the top 2 college Lax club teams (for 2024 season) within 5-7 miles of us - and a pro team 30 minutes away. he spends a lot of time practicing outside of our official off-season practices, so this net is nice for him to pull out and practice his shots and crease drills. I go out with him a couple times a week to pass him the ball for his shooting drills. The frame has taken hits well and you can't see any impacts or even scuffs on it. The net is not as heavy as what we use for regulation games but it is still really good and thick and holds up well. The frame folds up and my son can carry it out to the park (about 50-60 feet total distance) from the garage and back with no issues (other than a tiny workout on the arms at that distance). It stores pretty well since it folds up and we can tuck it way nicely once we hit that point we are not using it for the 2 bitter cold snow months around here.Assembly wise the frame goes together easily. Netting takes a bit more work, but if you use zip ties to hold it in place before you start lacing it up, it is a lot easier. Instructions were not hard for my son to follow (I had him put it together and only advised him on the zip ties use).Very pleased with this practice goal. As a LAX coach, I highly recommend it for high school and lower use. It also holds up to championship college level players (current and alumni) we have visit us from time to time, but it consistently handles the varsity level high school players shooting at it.

I haven't tried and tested the competition, but this is a great product and I have trouble envisioning a superior alternative if you want a full size goal for original use. I haven't owned this goal for long, but in assembling it and using it, I feel confident that it's going to last a long time. The net and string securing it to the frame will have to be replaced periodically, no doubt. (Blame the sun and rain.) The metal frame is solid (no movement when you shoot on it, unlike a pvc frame), with a nice, uniform coating that will hold up well. Folding it is very easy, a huge plus for storage.Prospective buyers will want to know how easy it is to assemble. Short answer: easy, with some caveats. Frame assembly is a snap (literally, just watch your fingers when joining the sections). Putting the net on the frame is tedious, but not difficult. I recommend using zip ties to hold the net on the crossbar while winding the line around the post. That reduced frustration. Follow the directions and you'll be fine.

The assembly of the frame was pretty straight forward, except for the bottom corner pieces. The instructions were not very clear. The net itself was not as thick as I would have liked, so I used a heavier one from my old goal (it was old and it broke, which is why I needed to purchase a new one). The goal is not lightweight, but it is not too heavy either. I wish it had wheels to move it around when putting it away. I do like that we can fold it up and store it during bad weather. For the price this is a very nice goal. I expect it will last us a very long time.

Overall very happy with the quality and value for the money. Some assembly required as to be expected. Assembly took about 30 minutes give or take. I assembled with the assistance of my 10-year-old daughter, but could have managed by myself if need be. Materials were very sturdy and of good quality. My daughter is very happy and we use it regularly to practice in our back yard. Highly recommend.

Purchased the 6’ x 6’ size; perfect for teenagers. It’s very close to regulation size; perfect for practicing at home. Sturdy and inexpensive compared to the others I’ve researched. Although it folds flat to store away, it is not the “portable†version that is sold out in the market. Highly recommend!

I initially had a problem with the goal when I first received it, I contacted their service department and they were able to help me. I've had the goal for a couple months now and it has been great. Highly recommend.

I set the net up in about 10-15minutes. Then another 15min to lace the net on so total of 30min and the directions are very easy to follow because everything is numbered and marked for right and left side. Seems like very good quality. 5 stars.

Purchased for my son. We zip tied the net to the frame. Fairly easy to install, but be aware that the 6x6 takes up a lot of space and is harder so maneuver if you are a smaller person! Easy to fold for easier storage (great for when you live in an apartment).

Bought this for my son. We got an amazing deal! Just as described, the netting is strong and should last a while. He uses it every day and so far no issues. Worth the price!
