Fits the car and matches the color of the replaced visor. Only noticeable change is the light when opening the mirror. It's a bright white light instead of the yellowish light. You can change the bulb from the original to the new replacement... but it's an extra step.

For $36ish dollars, I feel stupid not ordering one years ago. I cannot believe I waited two years to get this replaced. After thinking that I had to take my car to the dealer or some mechanic to replace my whole visor, I figured I’d hop onto amazon.com and look for a couple recommendations for the left visor. I was sick and tired of it being loose but every time I got in my car out of my car and I would bump my head. The install was easy. The light works once you connect it but it’s not that boring soft white color. It is like a daylight color. Although it doesn’t match the right side, I could care less about that.

I thought my color interior was sand, but the gray matches perfectly!!!Unfortunately the wiring is wonky on the inside. Whenever I connected the light it worked, but upon installing and folding down the visor The light no longer works.Otherwise it's a perfect fit and a perfect match to my 2010 Mazda CX-9.I may get another one just to see if the wiring's better in another replacement because this was super easy!

I as skeptical but extremely pleased with this purchase!! Super fast shipping, great value for a quality part, perfect color match. Despite some reviews, the light works perfectly. There is only one way to plug the lead and the attachment together, so no way to reverse the polarity. Two criteria must be met for the light to come on: 1) the mirror cover needs to be slid all the way open and 2) the visor has to be in the down position. This prevents you from draining your battery if inadvertently left open...it automatically shuts off when you raise the visor.

Easy to install but the light was not working properly right away and in less than 3 minutes, resulted in fuse blown, losing power to ignition, door, dashboard, radio, etc. Wasted a lot of time and had to buy a 15a fuse. Returned it and now looking for a more reputable part.
