1. If your cartridge can be used normally, please ignore this description;
2. If the printer firmware or driver is upgraded, the following prompt may appear on the computer (Left image).
Please follow operations on the printer panel as below:
1. The printer panel will display "Non-Sawgrass Ink" (Fig 2) and (Fig 3) alternately, please Press the "#" key on the panel, as shown in Fig 3；
2. Then the printer panel appears "Continue?" (Fig 4) and (Fig 5) alternately, please press “ # ” key one more time;
3. Then the printer will show " Ready" state, and (Fig 6) and (Fig 7) will be displayed alternately. At this time, the chip capacity of the ink cartridge will be empty, and the red indicator light on the panel will flash, which will not affect the normal use (if the ink is used up, the printer will prompt to replace the ink cartridge), and the printer can print normally.

I had no issues at all with these ink cartridges in my SG400. No error codes, the colors were fantastic and looked amazing on everything I used them on. I bought them last December and am just now (November) needing to start looking to replace them. I had to replace magenta a while back because I tend to use it more than any color. That might be the norm though, I'm not sure. They were super easy to install. I also printed from the Sawgrass program and had no issues with that either, I will definitely buy these again and again. Because there is no way in the world, I can afford the actual ink that is supposed to go into my printer. I just want to know about the cartridges being refillable now. The description says they are refillable

I have ruined 9 cups because this ink is bad. I'm not sure if it's old or just cheap. But I do not recommend. The blue is printing purple and the green yellow. I tried everything thinking it was my error. But after 9 cups I give up. Do not use this ink if you're sublimating.

I have been using these inks for 3 to 4 weeks now and the quality is great. Had a little confusion on installation but figured it out. Overall, I will be purchasing again in the future.
