This review is for "F237314 Propane Heater Regulator Replacement for Mr. Heater Tank Top Heaters Regulator Swivel,for Double Tank Top Outdoor Propane Heater Adiustable tilt hesd".The fittings seem to be good quality. The threads are machined well. The plastic is... well, plastic, so treat it like that and it'll be fine. Multiple uses and no issues, I'd highly recommend.

Plastic is of poor quality control knob broken after second use do not buy. Everything else worked as expected

We have 4 Texsport tank-top heaters and 2 of them had the regulators go out. The other two are trending toward failure, as I can feel the plastic parts loosening up and getting brittle. I was glad to find these replacement parts, which should work with pretty much any heater that uses a 1/4" MPT connection to the regulator. In my experience, the regulator is the most fail-prone component. I will update this review if I that these replacements fail prematurely. The originals lasted nearly 10 years.

fIRST ONE I GOT THE REGULATOR WENT OUT AFTER ABOUT 6 MOS.SECOND ONE WENT OUT AS WELL AFTER 7 MONTHS.now on the 3rd regulator will advise.
