Came without any installation instructions. Tools and holes in pole bent extremely easily trying to assemble. The threads were poorly machined and as a result the extension pieces do not fit. The screws and holes for the top cuff to cover the adjuster do not line up. No matter how tight I adjust the pole, it doesn’t stay tight. After a small amount of weight on it, it becomes loose and falls to the side. Pole also arrived with dents already in the metal.

I’ve never put up a pole before and I was able to do it myself by watching a YouTube video . Very sturdy (my boyfriend tested it for me , he’s 240lbs ) . It spins and you can also tighten a screw at the bottom to make it static if you want to.

Just received mine today. Seems like it’ll be sturdy once it’s put together properly. Didn’t come with directions or the DVD that’s advertised on the picture and description.

I had to look up a vid for instructions! But after that! It was pretty easy putting up and taking down! I love my pole! 💕 this pole is worth the price!

Okay so the product didn’t come with any instructions I had to watch numerous YouTube videos to figure it out.. but once I did it was super easy.. it’s definitely not very sturdy I would say don’t buy this particular pole if you don’t have a flat surfaces ceiling..

Came broken, don't tighten fully, falls over when installed. Didnt come with any instructions for assembly.
