This is a terrific purchase! After doing a ton of research on similar low-priced goals in this size, ( nearly all of which had horrendous reviews!) I ended up buying this one because of the predominantly positive reviews.But despite these positive reviews, I still had fairly low expectations. Such a low price - so my mind was very prepared for the idea that "you get what you paid for." Well I was very wrong! This goal rocks. It came well packaged, and the instructions to put it together were easy (but you really do need 2 people if you want to do it quickly). The quality is pretty darn good. I set it up with a friend in about 5-10 min, and that was longer than it needed to take, mostly because we kept getting interrupted by our very excited kids who were demanding to play soccer immediately!!The sturdiness of the overall goal is middle-of the-road, but it's perfect if you have kids who want to play for fun (mine are 8, 9 and 10), or to practice their kicks or play one on one. And I have to mention, it held up to my hard kicks as well, and I played soccer for many years.I bought zip ties in advance, based on the reviews here that said the velcro ones they provide break easily, but so far we haven't had to use them.The frame is very light, and can be moved around extremely easily by 2 people.We intend to keep it up all season in our yard, so I can't speak to the portability, but if the setup was as simple as it was for us, I would imagine it would be very easy to transport and put up and take down for games, etc, but again I would again recommend using 2 people, because that made it exponentially easier.So, to sum this up, this is a very awesome goal for the money, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

I bought this for myself to get better at soccer and let me tell you it is an amazing buy becuase it’s sturdy and reliable and easy to make

Pros:Easy assemblyInstructions are good-enough with some experimentationPlenty of straps provided to attach net to frameMobile in yard so easy to move when mowingMetal u-shaped anchors when you don't want it moving around (think small metal tent stakes)Travel bag if you want to disassemble and reassemble somewhere elseSome important joints use a bolt instead of a spring bulb, increasing sturdinessConsThe top bar is made from several sections of pipe and there is too much play in the joints, so it flops around a bitMiscIt's good enough for yard play and I would buy again, but definitely would not hold up well with players bumping into the frame structure

When we needed to find an alternative for our child since all sports were suspended we looked for a soccer goal to practice at home with. For the price this one looked to be the best deal. The only problem we had with it was one of the tubes were bent when we got it and it made assembly a bit difficult and we had to pound out the dent to make it all fit together. For the price though this was a great set and I loved the storage bag it came with so we can store it over winter months. I do recommend this to anyone with a young soccer player at home.

I have had this goal for a few months now.It does get its job done, where kids can use it as an upgrade from the smaller goal posts, and even when you shoot hard the post won't get knocked over. Also it is quite light, so it is easy to move around it in the backyard and place it where you want it.It was relatively easy to assemble, but the moment I started assembling I knew that the posts were going to be somewhat flimsy based on how they were all connected. Also, the bar started rusting already. I hope it at least lasts a few years to make my investment worth it.

Easy to set up - kids are getting a lot of use out of it.It is sturdy enough without spending a ton of money.install tip: with the lawn spikes - use 2 on each side and 2 on the back to hold it securely

Shipping wasn't so bad, took 13 days.After day 2 of owning the net, the straps started tearing apart.The netting is only secured to the posts with velcro straps and no way to prevent the netting from sliding up in the corners and loosening from the posts and crossbar.The crossbar bent after taking a few shots due to the thin tubing.I contacted customer service with a few days until my warranty was up, and they approved a return, but I couldn't get the box shipped until after the weekend, which was only a day after my return policy ran out so I could not get my money back.This net will stay in the box until absolutely needed, and I am ordering a different brand.
