Some sticks were broken but I might have done that. Very good quality, pencils are easy to shave with a knife.

Pencils constantly break when trying to sharpen. Tried 3 sharpeners, two hand held and one electric. “Lead†must have gotten shattered in shipping

Overall quality of the materials contained is worth the price. It is hard to compete with FC Pitt charcoal, a vine charcoal with no added fillers or binders. I ordered two more sets after using up most of one.

Create product, but the actual case broke, wouldn’t clasp close. Everything fell out and a lot of it broke, otherwise good.

This is an excellent product in terms of adequate and versatile types of charcoal tools required. The tin box serves a good protective case for transport as well as storage. The product is equivalent to the cretacolor black box, though this product has better range. Both are my favorites. Price? We always feel higher! But often I put price secondary for excellent products. By the way, I got it without any breakage.
