These tools seem to work well, better than expected and, I had no issues using them. This set of rug making tools and sashers are like an extra helping hand that can be very helpful for sewing projects. The rug tools are used with 2 1/2" fabric strips and 2 1/4" quilt batting strips to make rugs. They hold and fold the fabric and batting together to make sewing these rugs easier. The tools snap together and apart easily, just make sure the upper clip of the inner tool slides in on top when putting the two parts together. They allow the fabric to glide through them without having to use clips or pins while sewing. The sashers help create single or double fold binding by helping to hold the folded fabric and slides easily along fabric strips cut twice the width indicated on each sasher. Do not touch the iron to the sashers as unfortunately, it will melt the plastic. Place fabric folded in half or with the outer edges folded to the center through a sasher, similar to a belt buckle, pin one end of the fabric to hold the end in place and create tension, slide the sasher down, iron, repeat until the strip is completely ironed down. I was even able to cut a 1/4" fabric strip and use it in the 1/8" tool which might be used for fabric crochet or a twisted fabric piece on an art quilt. The sasher sizes 2 1/2", 2", 1 1/2", 1 1/4", 1 1/8", 1", 3/4", 1/2", 1/4", 1/8".

This consists of 2 sets of green fabric tube maker and 1 set of fabric bias tape maker. You can make fabric roll rugs very easily and fast by rolling the fabric and sewing or even ironing and then using it. It can help you shortcut while you are sewing so you don't have to keep fabric together by clipping and unclipping it all the time.

Instructions didn’t come with it, I had to go back to the ad to scroll through the pics to try to figure out how to use it, takes a little trial and error but I think I get it now. It helps you size the strip you need so that you can make the perfect roll/tape by pre rolling it through the bigger triangle, then rolling it again through the second triangle. The slotted pieces are for getting you strips to size. It works and does what it’s supposed to, I’ve seen others comment that it’s pretty comparable to the brand name one. I’m only giving it 4 stars because there weren’t any instructions

There are quite a lot of different sizes, which is nice. But there are no instructions whatsoever. I am sure there must be instructions online somewhere. If I can find them, I will come back and add a link to this review, if not I will come back and make this a 1 star and send them back.

This is a very useful tool for making fabric tube's. I have the other "brand name" tool. They are very similar in design and function. I don't know that I have a preference for which I feel is superior. I suppose the brand name is a harder plastic, but I am not sure thst makes a difference in it's functionality. The bias tape makers leave a little to be desired. I suppose they get the job done but there are better tools out there. Be aware, the onlyninstructions are the step by step pictures included in the description of this item. There are no instructions that come with it. The upside is there are a plethora of you tube videos showing how to use the name brand device.

Work great and advertised. My wife decides to buy stuff when they are on clearance and then it lays around the house. These work great for rolling up the fabric so they can fit into a nice neat little area. Totally, will be buying more of these.

This set looks like it should work, however there are zero instructions included. If you aren’t familiar with how to use them, you will need to watch videos on how to use them. I found the best videos were the ones that use the name brand version of these. Waiting for jelly roll batting to arrive to see how well they work, but not expecting any issues.

My daughter tried out one of the bias tape makers and thought it was pretty nice to work with. This was her first time using a product like this as she's a novice in the sewing realm.
