How to select the right size for your small dogs or cats ?
Tips
- Chest size is the priority factor to be considered when you choose a dog sweater. The back length varies between different dog breeds even in the same weight or with the same chest size. Select the right sweater by your dog’s chest girth first, then by its back length. It’s O.K. if the sweater is a bit longer (or shorter) than your dog’s back length.
- If somehow you cannot measure your dog’s chest size nor back length, just select the sweater size by recommended weight in the size chart above.
- Pup weight helps you select the right sweater size, but NOT ALWAYS WORKS. Always determine sweater size by your pup's current chest girth and back length, RATHER THAN your previous shopping experience.
- The sweaters are good for small dogs with weight from 2.3 to 20 lbs, but NOT FOR LARGE DOGS.
- Select one size up if your dog has a stout build.
- Select one size up if between sizes.

I wanted get a variety of color sweaters for our pup so I thought we'd give this one a try. Based on the size chart I thought our pup would've been a medium but after reading some reviews to size up I decided to get a large and it fit perfectly. So It seems like they do run a bit small, there is some stretch to the material, but I think the large gave our dog a comfortable amount of space, and allowed us to put the sweater on him. The material is very soft, and seems very well made; and appears to keep our pup nice and warm. The colors are nice and complement his fur so they look really nice. Overall, these are nice just consider ordering a size up.

Bella, my 15 year old Terrier-mix, is hard to fit because her girth does not match the length of ordinary sized dog sweaters, etc. She's around 14" around the chest (and under 10 pounds) and these sweater shirts have enough room in the Medium size to give her room to move around inside. It even goes down her skinny little legs about 2". The shirts are so cute on her, and she'd comfortable in them They have a little give so she can get around without looking like she's in shackles. I think she's even liking to wear something now. Thanks. My suggestion is to order a size larger than you think fits you dog. They will love you for it.

I bought the xtra small for my 5.25 pound dog , but they are too small, so I went with the medium. They are a bit too big but I like the loose fit on her. They're soft and they hang nine. They're reasonably priced, They run small.

The XXS fit my 1.5 pd a Yorkie puppy perfect. The sleeves are a little long, but can be folded up or cut off. So cute on him! It is also very wam and soft on outside AND on inside. Great value for the money.

Every sweater I bought for my dog from any vendor has been small. Even so I did check the size description and measurements. These should be labeled as extra small. They are so tiny I didn’t even attempt to put them on my dog. The quality however, is very nice, they are super soft and really cute. I will be ordering these again in a medium so wish me luck. Or should I say wish my dog luck.

I highly recommend buying these sweaters. For the price, you get good quality sweaters. They are soft and will keep your dog warm. The only complaint is I went by the recommended size chart. Since my dog is 14 pounds, it said to get xl. Turns out the they were too long for his legs, so he would stumble over it. So I bought the large instead and they fit perfect. So the chart may be slightly off depending on your dog. Otherwise a great buy.

Super soft and nice colors but the sizing is way off. I had read the previous comments stating the same thing so I got a size bigger than I need and it was still too small. For reference my puppy wears xxs at chain stores but needs a small when I order this product. If you can get the sizing right, the price, quality and quantity is great.

Excelente calidad, son gruesos, suaves, se ven que son calentitos y cómodos. HabÃa estado buscando y definitivamente fueron la mejor decisión. A mis pequeñas les quedaron bien la talla pequeña y son chihuahuas se 1.5kilos aproximadamente
