These dividers were to replace another flatware tray, also made of bamboo, but not as versatile. I am a person that has a large family; therefore, I have an abundance of flatware. They just don't fit very well in a standard-sized silverware organizer.These came well-packaged with no damage. They are super easy to install. Being spring-loaded, you simply push them into place. They move easily within the drawer, which makes them easy to adjust to your needs, but also requires that you may have to move them back into place occasionally, which is why I gave them a 4 for sturdiness. However, I also noticed that the drawer doesn't slide as freely as it did, so if the springs were heavier, that may result in the sides of the drawer bowing out far enough to make it difficult to close the drawer. The overall design works!I was even able to put my old organizer in the back of the drawer for things like straws, toddler silverware, chopsticks and such. I am thinking of buying some more to organize other drawers in my kitchen.

I ordered 2 packages of 4, of the 8 I received 4 were to short to be effective. So 50% are made incorrectly.
