This fake moss is of great quality and I am really happy with it. I was a little nervous when I placed the order, because I wasn't sure if this would shed a lot and make a mess or if it would be cohesive like in the seller's photos. I can now confirm that it is cohesive and does not shed, it does not make a mess, and it is in fact just like how the seller's photos show it to be. I make and sell clay models as a side hustle, and often create bases and stands for them to feel more immersive. This fake moss is a fantastic addition to my tools and resources to help me create better and higher quality models. I did test it with acrylic paint an airbrush to see if it would take color (to create more variance in the color) - it does take the color, but I would recommend only coloring it once you have it where you want it to be so that you do not remove the color by handling. For the price you pay, you get a LOT of it, too, which is a fantastic value. All in all, this is a great addition to my tools, and I highly recommend it.

This is quality imitation moss. Nice color and texture and reasonably easy to work with. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because the quantity (3.5 ounce) is insufficient for my purpose, which was to fill the top perimeter of an imitation plant in a planter pot. I would need at least five times the quantity provided, which would be absurdly expensive.
