FAMI Black Sandbags
Heavy duty, with UV protection: Our sandbags are made with thick weaves(Fabric Weight 90 grams) allowing for heavy-duty applications like sandbagging, landscaping, construction, and building flood barriers. The weave count is 10x10. these sandbags can be used for so many different applications. Made with1600 hours of UV protection, these sandbags can sit under the sun for nine months before they begin to degrade.Filled Bag Capacity of 50lbs
Sandbag Usage
-Sandbag file with gravel are used as an erosion control device (on slopes). Sand should be filled for flood control needs, whether to protect doors,tunnels,row covers, silage tarpsgarage or to divert water.
-Fill sandbags 1/2 o 2/3 full and tie the bag at the top (lay flat when in place).
-Always wear gloves during filling operation to avoid hand injuries and protect from contaminants in sand and floodwater.
-Use a short handled, #2 rounded point shovel with straight shaft ，bagger scoop or funnel to fill sandbags.
Sandbag Filling Tips
Do not over fill the sandbag as it will be too heavy to carry.
Do not throw sandbags - it stresses the back and shoulders. Rather use a brigade line to pass bags

These are reminiscent of the good ol' military bags we used often. Don't know if they are, but they seem to be good quality. I have half dozen in my pickup bed for winter traction.

Bags are much thicker than normal bags but there are no ties! Didn’t realize until we were out already filling them up! Other sandbags have ties attached these don’t and there are none in the package

The bags weave is too loose. When your moving them the dust is crazy, other brands do not do this. I had to put garbage bags inside each one.

Very good quality, sturdy bags. Hold about 60 lbs of sand. Came with ties to close bags. My only complaint is that when moving the bags around, the sand will sometimes sift out through the side.

They worked well, easily held 50 lbs or sand or gravel. The ties were great, thet pulled tight and will be removable of properly knotted.

Je les ai achetés pour vider le sable de mon filtrer de piscine. J’ai réutilisé les sacs de sable pour ajouter du poids dans le fond de mon armoire à accessoires de piscine qui était fragile aux grands vents. Les sacs sont solides.
