I used this capacitor to fix my bench grinder. It worked great. Cheap and easy, you can't beat that.

The unit might have been okay, but it was too big to fit in the area it was to go.

Maybe just me, but while it's listed as exactly what I took out of the broken fan, it just does not start with the same vigor as it used to. Before it was vroom - off to full power. now it's more whaah, whaah, whaah going ...I'll keep it, as at least the fan is working again, but it seems to not deliver the same power as the old one did.

The capacitor on my Austin Air HM400 air cleaner went out after 5 yrs. This capacitor works as a perfect replacement. Only took 30 minutes to disassemble the appliance, install the cap & screw everything back together. Extremely satisfied thus far.

It took more time to get here, but it did work.I installed both capacitors, but only connected one. If I have problems in the future all I have to do it switch the connections.You see the fan is on the roof and the connections are inside under the roof.

The capacitors was to large I've been trying to return them, but getting the run around, they had no problem with my email information when i ordered them. Now they don't know who i am I when i put my email information in when trying to return them.
