I got this charger for my dad’s e-bike, and it has been working perfectly. It charges his bike quickly and safely without any overheating issues. He’s been using it regularly, and it’s been reliable and efficient. The connection is secure, and he’s very happy with how well it works. Highly recommend this charger for anyone with an e-bike!

I ordered this for my step dad. All I can say is either his laptops lifespan was officially over with or the charger doesn’t work at all. I’m not sure so I can’t say nothing bad about it. It did arrive days before it said it would though so that’s always a pro.

It got here super fast, like the fastest I've ever gotten something from Prime. Also, I was happy that it has the little pc fans. The one that came with my bike got really hot. Now, I work 20 - 25 minute rideMonday- charged bike went to work & charged again while there until light turned green. After work, rode home and waited until early morning to recharge.Tuesday- Repeated identical procedure as Monday.Wednesday- Repeated identical procedure as Monday & Tuesday.Thursday- it looked like is was gonna business as usual. When I got to work, I went to 1st plug the charger in to the wall (wasn't yet plugged in to the battery) and it made a "Click" sound & the light never came on and it is now NOT charging my battery at all. Now I have no ride to work for Friday. I'm totally screwed. It definitely seemed like it was made of a cheap plastic, compared to the original one that this was supposed to be replacing.I really doubt I'll ever get my money back for this thing. If I ever do, I will adjust my 1 Star rating accordingly. I'm not a jerk... I'm just a little aggravated. Not to mention totally screwed for a way to my doc appointment this morning and then work...Spend the couple extra bucks. It's worth it. Especially if you depend on you e-bile to get you to work and everywhere else you have to go.

This charger did not work for my battery even though we specifications for the charger that I came with my battery were exactly the same I don't know what that's about but it looked like a quality product felt like one it just didn't charge my battery so I am returning it.

El artÃculo llegó en buen estado, funciona perfectamente con la baterÃa, por lo que se recomienda en precio y calidad, es un poco lento para cargar la baterÃa de la bici, pero cumple la función para lo que está diseñado, el único detalle es de qué al principio hace ruido su ventilador, pero con el paso de los minutos se deja de escuchar.
