The size is truly enormous. I have a queen sized bed, box spring, pillow top mattress and a thick memory foam topper so it is quite difficult to find any blanket to cover even to the box spring, which is why I always buy the king size and often those are too small. The pretty blankets are all too short, quilts are very expensive and too short.I live in a true season climate and like to change my bedding to match the seasons, but out of need to find the right size I opted for beige so that I could simply adjust a throw blanket and pillow for decor.It is very lightweight and here in the mountains it won’t keep you warm, but it might be nice for layering in the cooler months. Definitely perfect for summer because we’re off-grid with no air conditioning but it does cool off at night.It did wash just fine using the bulky/blanket setting on my washer. I did have to take it out of the dryer a couple of times to adjust it until it was dry but the entire thing was quicker time wise than a standard load of clothing.I had a Eureka moment when I realized it fit better by turning it sideways! Now it’s just right on the sides, covering to the box spring and dust ruffle and incredibly long enough to cover at the footboard plus fold over pillows at the headboard- just how my grandma used to make the bed with her chenille bedspread.

Very nice quality, I have washed it a few times, no color fade. The fit is great, I have a king size bed. Very happy with this set

Love this bed spread! It never shows a wrinkle and it looks very nice. I would have given it five star but it is sort of heavy when making the bed. But I’m old and pretty weak.

I washed the bedspread before putting it on my bed. It washed beautifully and looks amazingly good on my bed. Great quality and good price. I bought a second one because it was so nice.

Finally found a coverlet/bedspread in Queen that actually fits Queen bed! I purchased the green and it is a soft pretty color. The coverlet is light weight for warmer times of year. I will use a blanket with it in winter. Very nice quality for the price. I’m very happy with this purchase!

This comforter is the size of a bedspread. When they say that is it oversized, they mean it. I got the coral which is perfect as it is not too bright. Nice quality

This quilt is exactly as pictured, yes it is thin but it is still beautiful. It's not made for warmth but is the perfect piece to finish off your bed for a clean sophisticated look.
