This is a fun item and good value for the cost. I put one on my front door and another on my window at work.It's a metal plate about the size of my palm. Peel away the protective cover and expose the adhesive on the back. Can bend very slightly, so maybe it doesn't need to be on an absolutely flat surface (car window?). The surface is glossy and the colorful design is stamped, so there is a slight 3D effect.I suspect the samples for other teams are of similar descriptive features
