I bought this to use with a cross body bag/Fanny Pack but the clips are too narrow. They're not the standard 2" wide style. These are more 1.5" ( small/mid ) size.Though I can't use it, it's a well made extender and I'll keep them and maybe I can use them down the road.

Does not fit the waist purse I needed it for. The clip is slightly wider on the extender.

I saw where others said they didn't get a good fit, so measure your strap and clip for the appropriate size to order.It is available in different width sizes.Clipped into my set-up perfectly and gave me the extra length I needed for my fanny pack, that I wanted to use as a crossbody bag.Honestly, it looks like the exact same material and clip that my bag already has.The fact that it comes with 2 pieces is awesome, as I have other bags this will be useful for.Sturdy and seems well made.

I bought this hoping to add it to my Fanny pack in order to turn it into a cross strap easily.I’m a preschool teacher and I wear a Fanny pack all day inside to hold my phone, badge (so I don’t bump kids in the face with it), and bandaids. When we go outside in the winter it doesn’t fit under my jacket. I was hopping it could easily add these straps to my existing Fanny pack for outside and then take them off for inside.This didn’t go as planned because the buckets were not compatible with the ones on my fanny pack so I had to return them.

Just an FYI. I bought the Eberlestock Bando Bag XL, which has a strap that isn't long enough to wear around a larger chest, and so an extension is suggested. Eberlestock makes one, but it's out of stock. Figuring the buckles would be fairly universal, I bought an aftermarket one offered/suggested by Amazon to buy with the Eberlestock Bando Bag, though they're from different manufacturers. I believed, probably like Amazon did, that they'd work well together, but they do not. Eberlestock's buckles, while they look universal, have a small channel inside the female buckle that is relatively narrow and is not wide enough to accept the center protrusion of the male aftermarket buckle. Generally, the buckles are the same size (outer dimensions) but they will not clip together with the Eberlestock buckle, period. I'm returning this, and will have to rely on Eberlestock to supply one. If they can't do that within the return time frame of the Bando Bag, I'll return that too.

This is a perfect match for the Lululemon Everywhere belt bag. I'm a size 24 and wear a 42H bra and this is exactly the length that I needed to have this be comfortable and flattering in how it lays over my body.

These extensions would not work on the bag that I had them for so I had to send them back.

Didn't fit the belt attached to the fanny pack. The extender would not click on the belt ( to small). Don't order!
