It's been 4 hours, and the temperature of water has remained at 55-66 degrees Fahrenheit. I think it's broken! Too bad!

Extremely big! No power on and off button. I have to unplug it every time. It takes a long time to boil the water just like a normal kettle. The only thing I like about it is that you can keep water warm.

I used this 4 times - it is very hard to use with the pump mode - we used it 4 times and it seemed to get stiffer and harder to use - I'd return it but I'm 5 days too late. If you're using the electronic dispenser button it's fine, but if you're taking it out and unplugging it and using the mechanical pump, look elsewhere

Water only gets to 208F which isn’t hot enough for tea. And if it’s not being used for 5-6 hours temperature starts to drop down. And you constantly have to press “reboil†which on my last one, temperature always stayed hot. And we used our old water boiler for almost 4 years none stop.So I’m not satisfied with this model/style.

This kettle is large but if you have the space it is well worth it. Puts out more steam than expected but with the swivel base you can make it work if using under a counter.

My wife was fussing that I bought this and when she started using it she just loves it, hot water always ready, the 5L is a bit big but less filling.
