Two months in and not a criticism in sight! What an easy set up for this beautifully built and excellently priced structure. Just like almost everyone has reported, it arrived rapidly and well packaged... and Outexer CS is right on the ball. They are prompt with requested information and very cordial.My bedroom has just the right-sized nook and it fits perfectly. The features are solid: great speakers with instant blue tooth connectivity; good reading light; fast heat-up time and so far my 5 days a week for 40 minutes each hasn't jacked up the electricity bill noticeably. It's fantastic that it just plugs into a regular wall socket.Outexer infared saunas are comfortable but need a backrest for maximum comfort and relaxation, and OUTEXER has a well made wooden backrest which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you've bought the sauna already, get in touch with Customer Service! If you are ordering it, ask them to tell you how to add one when you buy your sauna.... which should be now... since it's November and getting cold. This is the perfect House Holiday gift! You can't go wrong with Outexer. ENJOY!!!

I recently purchased this at-home sauna, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I unpacked it, I was impressed by the high-quality Natural Canadian Hemlock wood construction. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also serves as an excellent heat insulator. The tempered glass adds a reliable longevity.The far infrared spa benefits are simply amazing. I've noticed a significant improvement and its also helped alleviate some joint pain and muscle soreness. The entertainment system is equipped with two good quality speakers, allowing me to relax with my favorite music or shows while enjoying the sauna. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and hassle-free. I even connected it to my TV which I view through the front window to get sports and news audio into the sauna (smart design).What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The support team was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided clear instructions for next steps and were always available to answer any questions I had. Plus, their 7-year after-sales service gives me peace of mind knowing I'm covered for years to come.The sauna's design is compact and efficient, making it perfect for any space. The 800W infrared carbon heating panels are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, providing consistent and adjustable heat. The automatic temperature adjustment and control system ensure a comfortable and customizable experience every time. And it feels much larger than it looks from the outside -- thanks to the front window and full panel glass door. Another benefit is that it heats up quickly too. in a 65 degree space, It got to 140 degrees in about 10 minutes.I highly recommend this at-home sauna to anyone looking for a high-quality, easy-to-use, efficient, space-saving and effective sauna experience. A little smaller than I had expected, as if it was designed for the Asian population. Regardless of the size, it's fine for both the wife and I. ( I'm 5'10" and she's 5'7" ) We can get in and out just fine. We are LOVING this system so far. Takes a little while to get to 140 degrees, but that's more or less expected with the area it has to heat. 2 people CANNOT fit in the sauna at once, so don't try it. I would also purchase the Sauna Wooden Backrest. If you don't, you're going to be sorry because the infra red heaters behind you're back will get you at one time or another. Leaves a red line across the lower back.Pros:Customer support responds quite quicklySuper easy setup. I did it myself in 45 minutes.Made of a rather decent quality wood that will last.The Bluetooth is great. Makes the time go by faster.Heats up to 140 within 15 minutes or less. We set a 30 minute countdown timer the moment that we can feel a bead. By the time you get to the end of the timer, you are LITERALLY POURING in sweat.Cons:If you are over 6 ft, this unit might not be for you.Does not come standard with the --> Sauna Wooden Backrest

I'm sitting in this for the first time while writing this review. I have never assembled anything so easily before. Ikea could learn a few things from their engineers. Bluetooth speakers sound good. Warmed up nicely. Definitely a one person sauna. I highly recommend this for people wanting a nice little home sauna. Great value. The fit of each component is good, but not as tight/snug as they could be...but it's because pieces connect easily without any tools or tightening needed.

This sauna does the job. It takes about 10 minutes to get the temperature however, once you get there, it does a great job of staying at set temperature. The build quality of the sauna is very good. It was not hard to put together, I did it by myself and it took me about 20 minutes. I have this in my basement and I use it generally after my workout’s. It really helps with my recovery. Sometimes I use it on my non-workout days just get a sweat in because it’s that good. This is my first sauna and I think I will be hooked. We opted for an infrared sauna because we wanted something that would not get moldy,I’ve had this for two months and I use it nearly every day if not every other day. I also purchased the back rest although I did not need it, It’s a nice have as my wife makes full use of it. This unit makes no noise and after 2 months it still has a wood smell, although not overbearing, we don’t mind it at all. This sauna is a great value for the money as it was competitively priced compared to the others I saw while I was shopping and it is heavy and feels very sturdy.
